I.  Criteria for including an organisation in the job market

Any government or non governmental organisation offering assignments for technical advisers in development cooperation or placing volunteers in public benefit projects abroad is eligible to register with the job market. Activities should be closely connected with the goals of German development cooperation or extra-curricular education.

The Association “Learning and Helping Abroad” (AKLHÜ) does not accept any organisation for the job market which is a purely commercial operation and whose declared or undeclared goal is reflected in an activity which conflicts with the basic principles of work of the AKLHÜ.

The AKLHÜ reserves the right to refuse registration for the databases to organisations or delete them from the databases if they do not meet the basic criteria now or in the future. There is no legal right to registration in the databases.

The providers are solely responsible for the content of the job offers and linked web sites. The AKLHÜ does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the data made available.

II.  Publication of job vacancies

Organisations interested in presenting their profile and job vacancies in the databases must register to do so. The application form must be completed fully and correctly. After checking the information, and unless there is some problem with registration, applicants will be contacted by e-mail to notify them that they have been approved for access.

Registered personnel cooperation organisations can log in at any time at Provider login using their individual user name and password to process their offers in the job market for technical advisers or the job market for volunteers, revise their organisation profile or update existing data. A clearly organised data mask is available to this end which also caters for limited design layouting.

Organisations wishing to publish numerous vacancies in the databases can set up an interface for transferring current data regularly from their own systems to the job markets for technical advisers or volunteers.

Vacancies are published in the AKLHÜ Internet portal free of charge if data are supplied through an interface or entered by providers themselves. The transferred data is used exclusively for the job market and will not be forwarded to third parties.
